Hickman Systems, Inc. is a privately owned company formed in 1985 which manufactures and sells premium quality roofing materials and products to building owners along with systems for flat roofs in connection with green roofs, roof maintenance, retrofit and replacement to its over 5,000 customers.

This transaction has dramatically increased our revenues, increased our product offerings for national retail distribution, and provided the foundation for our continued growth.
